New Singapore number is 9035 5240

gladlyCast has been in operation for more than a year and your generous support has been appreciated. Lately we have been busy with our own work and have found it hard to contribute to this project. It is regrettable that the gladlyCast Singapore mobile phone number has expired as we did not top up the service in time.

Unfortunately we cannot recover the current Singapore phone number. You can’t imagine how silly we are feeling right now.

The remedy plan was to get a new number as soon as we possibly can and announced it. Our new number for Singapore is +65 9035 5240.

We ask you, our users, to tell your friends about it, help us explain the situation, and forgive our oversight.

Thank you.

Yours,
K.

Pls stop making such silly mistakes anymore! U dun understand how lost we feel when our tweets dun appear just because your number’s changed. in a span of less than a year, your number changed twice!

Hi ruffle, we do understand the situation. We feel bad about the oversight and are in discussion how to improve on the renewal process.

  3. Darren says:

Is okay Gladlycast :) And stop blaming gladlycast please. They provide a free service yet you all blame them? If want to blame them why not you stop using them instead?

  4. modgurl says:

Yes I agree with ruffles! It’s very annoying and disappointing to find tweets missing after several days all because of your “oversight”. I could understand a genuine breakdown but procrastination from a service provider is ridiculous!

  5. gladlyCode says:

    Thanks Darren.

modgurl, we will take note. We didn’t procrastinate on topping up; we just aren’t aware of the deadline as we do not monitor top-up SMSes sent to the SIM card. We will improve the process to prevent such cases.

thanks for helping us out gladlyCast! You’re much appreciated even if people don’t always know when to be grateful :)

  7. Beetle says:

Does that mean that we have to re-signup again to connect our phones to our twitter accounts?

  8. Junwei says:

HAHA! Nevermind laa. Me can understand de. And the ppl who blame GladlyCast, you don’t use it laa. Aiyo~! GladlyCast, know ur mistake can already :P

    Cheers!

  9. J says:

  10. Jet says:

Free service, what more you can ask for??
I can only say Thank You !!

  12. Bounce says:

I hope there’s no more of this oversight ^^ It took me quite long to find out, cos I kept texting to that previous no..

  13. Don’t blame them for making mistakes please. Don’t tell me you don’t make mistakes. When you find your tweets missing, just come here and check whether they have changed their number. IS that very difficult??

  14. Y says:

I agree with Darren. If you are so disappointed with their service why are you still using it? Be glad that they didn’t ask you to pay for it. If you paid for it yet their service disappoints you, it’s understandable. But hey, it’s free. You get to enjoy the service for quite a long period but when something went wrong for a few days you complain like it has happened a lot of times. We don’t see you give positive comments when you first started using and was perhaps thankful that they provide this free service.

An enquiry here, anyone know why my tweet still could not appear on twitter when i sent my tweet by sms to the new number which is +65 9035 5240. Anybody encountered the same problem as me? Thank you:)

  16. Zana says:

Its okay guys, I’m just quite happy that you’re still keeping it classy even if people blame you guys. ^^v

    Its human’s mistake, I understand.
People should stop blaming gladlycast, at least they have manners. Unlike some other services who curses people anyhow -.-

Anyway, will keep supporting you! Thanks for the great service. :D

  17. gladlyCode says:

Beetle, you shouldn’t have to resign up. Sending to the new number will work. However if you have tried and it doesn’t, just login through the gladlyCast website again. Thx!

  19. gladlyCode says:

sy sy, if you have tried SMS-ing to our new number and it doesn’t appear on your timeline, just login through the gladlyCast website and try SMS-ing in again. Thx!
